HOW TO PAY YOUR ASSOCIATION DUES

Option 1:

For new owners that do not have access to their portals yet, please use the link below to go directly to the First Citizens Bank Property Pay website. The information required to sign up can be found in your welcome letter and statement.

Option 2:

Please use the link below to access your Vantaca Homeowner Portal. If you do not have a login to access your portal account, please click on the Sign-Up link and follow the instructions.

Once you have signed into the portal, please use the Make a Payment feature located on your Dashboard. You will be redirected to the First Citizens Bank Property Pay website where you can make payments using your checking account or credit card. *

Recurring payments using your checking account – NO FEE
Click on the “Pay by E Check” option. This method requires your bank routing and account numbers to pay

*One-time payments using your checking account – $2.25 convenience fee
Click on the “Pay by E Check” option. This method requires your bank routing and account numbers to pay

*Pay by Credit Card option, there is 2.95% convenience fee. Please allow 3-5 business days for this payment to be applied to your account.
