Corner Property Management, LLC, and its affiliates may enter into certain agreements or affinity relationships with other companies. Such arrangements are made to offer commercial services at favorable pricing, to reduce association fees and charges, or other business reasons which may or may not benefit associations we manage. Corner Property Management, LLC may retain the services of third-party vendors in connection with technology, website support, banking services, insurance products, lending assistance, leasing administration, back-office administration, and operational support functions for which a financial or other benefit may be realized by Corner Property Management, LLC, or its affiliates. All benefits that might be achieved by Corner Property Management, LLC through affinity and affiliate relationships will not be segregated among Corner Property Management, LLC’s many association clients.

Purchase of any product and/or service, which is part of any offering, affinity program or marketing plan operated by Corner Property Management, LLC, is completely voluntary. There may be other companies available with similar products and services.

Corner Property Management, LLC, is disclosing any interest that might reasonably tend to create conflict of interest, direct or indirect, in any action proposed or pending before an association. A rebuttable presumption of a conflict of interest exists if any of the following occurs without prior notice:

  • A community association manager or a community association management firm, including directors, officers, and persons with a financial interest in a community association management firm, or a relative of such persons, enters a contract for goods or services with the association.
  • A community association manager or a community association management firm, including directors, officers, and persons with a financial interest in a community association management firm, or a relative of such persons, holds an interest in or receives compensation or anything of value from a corporation, limited liability corporation, partnership, limited liability partnership, or other business entity that conducts business with the association or proposes to enter into a contract or other transaction with the association.
